Items to Donate

Are you interested in making an in-kind product donation to ReSource? Check out this list of specific items requested by our member nonprofits.

Ready to donate? Contact us at 513.554.4944 or email scheduling@resourceweb.org to learn if your excess inventory can be used by local organizations.

Needed items:
Furniture: We accept desks, chairs, credenzas, file cabinets, conference room tables, bookcases, lobby furniture, sofas, tables, shelving, carts, white boards, easels, mail sorters, and most other types of usable office furniture.

Office supplies and equipment, computer flat screen monitors, projectors, screens, free-standing wall dividers, ladders, tools, vacuum cleaners, microwaves. Any equipment must be fully functioning.

Always needed: 8½ x 11″ copy paper, paper products (TP, paper towels), and NEW personal care products (shampoo, soap, deodorant, feminine hygiene, dental care, diapers and baby care, etc.)

Many other items may be accepted — it is best to call. 

Items that are NOT accepted:
workstation cubicles (because they are too difficult to reassemble)
most appliances (we accept working refrigerators if they are in good condition)
desktop computers, printers, electronics (working laptops may be accepted)
3 ring binders (because we already have a huge supply)
furniture that is very worn, damaged or stained

We do NOT pick-up from residential locations nor locations with stairs and no elevator.

Often we may ask donors to send photos of the items they wish to donate in order to determine the condition.
