Molly Lohr, ReSource executive director, and Marjorie Hull, ReSource board member, celebrate ReSource's Green Award win.

ReSource Wins Green Business Award

ReSource brought home the green on March 6, when it was honored as the non-profit winner of the Cincinnati Business Courier's 2014 Green Business Award in the product or service category.

The Courier chose ReSource for the award because of ReSource's role as a green link in the region, finding new homes for critically needed supplies and helping to prevent the waste of valuable resources.

The Green Business Awards program recognizes people, companies and organizations that demonstrate outstanding leadership through sustainable building, practice, product and advocacy, and is produced in partnership with the U.S. Green Building Council Cincinnati Regional Chapter.

The awards event was held at the Sharonville Convention Center. Thirty-seven for-profit and non-profit honorees were recognized.
